中國國際健康產業博覽會（簡稱：世博威·健博會，英文縮寫CIHIE）是國家商務部批準，由中國醫療保健國際交流促進會、中國中藥協會、中國保健營養理事會、中國優質農產品開發服務協會、世博威國際會展集團聯合主辦。CIHIE前身是由“中國保健產業博覽會”拓展衍伸而來，創辦于2003“非典”之年，歷經17年的不懈努力，CIHIE·健博會年度累計從當初的80個展位發展到現在的2800余個展位；展會規模由原來的2000平方米發展到現今的10萬余平米；展商數量由原來的60多家發展到現在的近2500多家，參與國家由單一的中國發展到現在的全球50多個國家；觀眾數量由最早的2000人次發展到現在的15萬余人次；形成北京、上海、成都、深圳等多地巡展模式。已連續多年被國家商務部評定為“全國重點引導支持展會”，也是中國健康產業唯一受國家補貼的健康主題展會。健博會展出內容涵蓋：營養保健食品、中醫藥養生產品、智慧醫療健康、氫健康產品、有機食品、高端食用油、高端水、進口食品等大健康產業細分領域，并逐步發展成為主題鮮明、獨具特色的聚合性展覽貿易平臺。
